WellSpark Industries is headquartered in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, just north of the Portland/Vancouver Metro area. We consider Washington, Oregon and Idaho our home turf. We serve a variety of public and private customers, meeting their needs by leveraging decades of experience in Government contracting and project management.
WSI was formed in 2022 as a locally owned and operated service-disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), specializing in three core areas: (1) construction projects Management contracts administration, (2) general contracting for commercial, residential, and Government requirements (3) Government contracting management consulting.
We are dedicated to continue making a positive impact on our community by leveraging our experience, professionalism / military bearing, and our passion for doing right by our clients, our team members, and our network of fellow small business partners and subcontractors.

Meet the Owner
Tyler Perry
Owner / CEO
Tyler Perry began his career by enlisting in the United States Air Force after 9/11 where he supported the Presidential airlift mission by writing and administering over $140 Million worth of government contracts. In 2009 Tyler transitioned into a traditional drill-status guardsman, where he continues to serve as an officer for the Oregon Air National Guard. Over the course of his career, he deployed four times to the Middle East as a warranted contracting officer. Tyler began his full-time civilian career as a contracts manager for a defense contractor where he managed several Department of Energy and Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program contracts. In July 2013, he was hired by a global aerospace company to stand up a new supply chain strategic sourcing program with an emphasis on business strategy and procurement process improvement. In 2015, Tyler worked as a consultant for the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration to lead the acquisition of a $28 million-dollar satellite data processing center in support of the COSMIC II program, a joint effort between NOAA, NASA, USAF and Taiwan’s National Space Organization. In 2016, Tyler’s career focus shifted into global supply chain management when hired as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for a fortune 500 aeromedical device manufacturing company. Later, as a global category manager in the mining industry Tyler managed a spend portfolio of over $100 Million where he generated $1.2 Million in cost savings while co-leading a world-class sourcing transformation within the supply chain by implementing a category management framework for the global sourcing team. In his last role, while working for one of the largest wheelchair-accessible vehicle manufacturers in the US, he successfully stood up a new Government programs office which secured over $45 Million in new government contracts within the first year of program operations. Most recently, he managed over $45 in nuclear construction, A&E and capital equipment on behalf of the Department of Energy. Now, as the owner of WellSpark Industries, Tyler brings a wealth of experience in Government contracting, construction management, and business management to lead the WSI team.
